  • Commencement of services includes, but is not limited to: counseling sessions, eligibility evaluation, university shortlisting, application submission, document verification, or communication with universities.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • The student withdraws before any application or documentation process has started.
  • Uzbek Education is unable to initiate services due to internal operational reasons.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting administrative, processing, and banking charges.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Rejection of admission by a university or authority.
  • Delay or rejection of visa applications.
  • Change of mind by the student or parent after service initiation.
  • Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information by the student.
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria prescribed by universities or regulatory bodies.
  • Non-attendance, non-cooperation, or withdrawal during the admission process.

University & Third-Party Fees

  • Fees paid directly to universities, embassies, courier agencies, translation services, or other third parties are governed by their respective refund policies.
  • Uzbek Education bears no responsibility for refunds of such third-party payments.

Refund Process Timeline

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30–45 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

Force Majeure

Uzbek Education shall not be liable for refunds in cases of events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes, pandemics, travel bans, geopolitical issues, or changes in university regulations.

Resolution Outcomes
